By using TwoNite ("the App"), operated by 55DIGITS LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
TwoNite contains adult content intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. By using the App you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The App is not intended for and may not be used by minors.
TwoNite is an intimate game for adult couples. Game content, preferences, and spice levels are provided for entertainment between consenting adults. All in-app activities are voluntary; users are solely responsible for their own conduct.
Premium features are available via subscription processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and managed by RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings. We do not process or store payment card details.
You agree to use the App lawfully and only with the consent of any other participant. You must not use the App to harass, coerce, or harm any person.
All content, design, and trademarks in the App are owned by 55DIGITS LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 55DIGITS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
