TwoNite ("we", "us", "our") is an intimate couples game app for adults aged 18 and over. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it. By using TwoNite, you agree to this policy.

• Game preferences: Your in-app settings (player names, preferences, spice level) are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data.
• Purchase data: Subscription and purchase information is processed by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat. We receive confirmation of your purchase status but never your payment card details.
• Task analytics: Anonymous, non-personal game event logs (e.g. which task categories are played) may be sent to our database to help us improve content. No personal information or player names are included.

• No advertising or marketing analytics
• No cookies or browser tracking
• No data shared with advertisers or third parties

4. How We Use Your Information

• To process your in-app purchases and verify premium access

5. Data Storage

All game preferences and settings are stored locally on your device. Anonymous analytics data is stored securely on servers in the EU/US region via Supabase. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. In-App Purchases

Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and managed by RevenueCat. We receive confirmation of your purchase status but never your payment details. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage subscriptions in your device settings.

7. Adult Content

TwoNite contains adult content intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18. If we learn that a minor has used the app, we will take steps to delete any associated data.

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database for game content and anonymous analytics (supabase.com/privacy)
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management (revenuecat.com/privacy)
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store — app distribution and payment processing
