TwoNite ("we", "us", "our") is an intimate couples game app for adults aged 18 and over.
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it. By using TwoNite, you agree to this policy.

2. Data We Collect
TwoNite is designed with privacy first. Here is what we collect:
- Game preferences: Player names are stored only on your device. Your settings (spice level, preferences, accessories, couple type) are also kept on your device; the choices needed to pick each dare are included in the anonymous game logs described below.
- Purchase e-mail (website only): On the website, we ask for your e-mail only to unlock your purchase on other devices. We send a one-time code: no password, no separate sign-up screen, and no marketing e-mails.
- Purchase data: Subscription and purchase information is processed by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat. We receive confirmation of your purchase status but never your payment card details.
- Task analytics: Each time a dare is played, the app sends an anonymous game event to our database: the dare shown, its category, level and game mode, the round and session length, your couple type (for example man & woman), and the preference and accessory selections used to choose that dare. These events contain no names, no email, no account and no device identifier, and they are not linked to you. We use them only to improve the game content.
3. What We Do NOT Collect
- No accounts or registration required to play
- No email addresses collected except on the website to unlock a purchase on other devices
- No location tracking
- No advertising or marketing analytics
- No cookies. On twonite.app we count visits and clicks on the app store buttons (page, referrer, campaign tags and device type) without cookies or personal identifiers.
- No data shared with advertisers or third parties
4. How We Use Your Information
- To process your in-app purchases and verify premium access
- On the website only, to send a one-time e-mail code and unlock your purchase on other devices; never for marketing
- To improve game content based on anonymous usage patterns
5. Data Storage
Player names and your settings are stored locally on your device. Anonymous game event logs (see section 2) are stored on servers via Supabase. Website purchase e-mail addresses and passwordless verification data are stored securely in Lovable Cloud to enable purchase access on other devices. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. In-App Purchases
Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and managed by RevenueCat. We receive confirmation of your purchase status but never your payment details. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage subscriptions in your device settings.
7. Adult Content
TwoNite contains adult content intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18. If we learn that a minor has used the app, we will take steps to delete any associated data.
8. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — database for game content and anonymous analytics (supabase.com/privacy)
- RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management (revenuecat.com/privacy)
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store — app distribution and payment processing
- Cloudflare — website hosting and cookieless visit statistics for twonite.app (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy)
9. Your Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. TwoNite does not sell or share personal information. We collect no location data. On the website only, we collect your e-mail to unlock your purchase on other devices using a one-time code, without a password or marketing.
